Exchange/ Refundrequests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Instruction: The product(s) bought in-store or online can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, given that the original receipt is provided.
