RETURN POLICY
- Customer have only 7 days from date of delivery to initiate a return
- Customer Must have a video of opening parcel, if you won't make a video you will not able to return
- Product must be in original condition, unopened, and unused
- The Original Packaging, tags, seal must be intact

- Customers must clearly mention the provided return authorization number on the return package.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Upon receiving the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure compliance with the return policy.
- If the items meet our criteria, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned items.
- The refund will be added to your jazz cash/bank transfer.
